All those that were standing around the throne were
speaking with a loud voice and this was what they were saying.
Rev5:12
12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain
to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory,
and blessing.
The one that was sacrificed for us, was worthy to receive
(power) the ability to over come evil,by miracles and spiritual force from God.
(riches) to be spiritually full and have abundance,
(wisdom) to have knowledge you keep forever,
(strength) the ability or to be able to do something,
(honour) you are worth very much and are precious,
(glory) the praise,
(blessing) fine speaking This is an interesting one, when I thought of the
word blessing it meant something totally different. In the Greek it means to
have the ability to speak languages with elegance.
Rev 5:13
13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth,
and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard
I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth
upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
John said the same thing to the Father and his sacrifice
for our sins.
Rev 5:14
14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty
elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.
The living creatures agreed with John and the others and The elders
worshipped the Lord.
When the 1000 years is over and the white throne judgment has
happened and the lake of fire is come and gone and the new heaven and earth are
made and the Father and His Word are dwelling with us we will also be
worthy to have these things, because at that time we will be one with the Father
as Jesus is now.
