Revelation 6:1 "And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals,"

The first thing we see here is that the lamb was given the book and he opened one of the seals. It does not say the first seal. The word in the Greek is just "one" not first. Now if the word "proton" had been used, then it would mean this is the first thing, before anything else. (If you have a Strong's concordance, look up the two words and see the difference. "One" is 3391. "First" is 4412. A side study you might want to do is to look up every time 4412 is used in the scripture and you will see what the first step is to a lot of things.)

Revelation 6:1 and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

When the seal was opened John heard one of the four beast telling him to come and see what the seal was.

Revelation 6:2 "And I saw, and behold a white horse:"

There is another place in Revelation that a white horse is spoken about, it is in; Rev 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. The difference between the two is that One is Jesus and the other is Satan pretending to be Jesus. Jesus of course in the one called faithful and true in Revelation 19:11. You have to remember Satan is coming to this earth to fool as many people as he can, the only way to do that is to make people think he is Jesus the anointed one.

Revelation 6:2 and he that sat on him had a bow;

His bow is made out of cheap fabric and he has no arrows.

and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

Satan is given power, and with his power he goes out overcoming and so that he might overcome. God is allowing him the ability to fool the people of the earth. Jesus talked about people being fooled and tricked, by someone saying they were the anointed one, as it is written in; Mark 13:5-6 5 And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you: 6 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. Jesus is saying watch out, unless you want to be deceived. Because there will be many deceived. They will be led off the true path, but they will think they are doing what God wants.

Revelation 6:3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

The second seal is shown by the second beast. The second beast is the "calf". The beast is telling John to come and look at the second seal.

Revelation 6:4 And there went out another horse [that was] red: and [power] was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

Another thing that is going to happen is the ability to take true peace from the earth. True peace is Jesus Christ. People will go around spiritually killing each other, thinking they are doing what is right. Most people on earth right now are spiritually asleep, but at that time they will be woke up spiritually to the false Christ. When they do that, then they become spiritually dead. The great sword that he will be given is a copy of the sword of Jesus. The sword of Jesus is the word of God which will be coming out of his mouth. Satan will also be teaching things, but they will be lies. Because he is the Father of lies. He told the first lie to Eve in the garden. Jesus also spoke of this seal in Mark 13:7 Mark 13:7 And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. Luke 21:9 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.

Revelation 6:5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see.

The third seal is shown by the third beast, the third beast is the"man". The third beast tells John to come and see.

Revelation 6:5 And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny;

Spiritually, wheat and barley are the substance that good food is made from. This is talking about the word of God which is the bread of life. You could also look at it in the flesh which is; today you work all day for a loaf of bread. After taxes and you pay your bills, what do most people have left?

Revelation 6:6 and [see] thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

The word "hurt" in the Greek is to be unjust. Oil is the truth and wine is the blood. It is saying don't have the wrong wine or oil.
