The
Big Bang Theory
by James De Gaugh
Away back
at the start of time,
Ten billion years ago,
There was no sun, or moon, or stars,
Or anything we know.
The only
thing that did exist
Was just some energy,
All wrapped up in a little ball,
In perfect symmetry.
Then some
gigantic blast occurred
It's cause we are not shown -
Which split the ball, and spread it out,
Into the vast unknown.
And to
this day, the universe
Expands from that first blast.
The light we see in all the stars
Is from creation's past.
That's how
the universe began
So many years ago.
That's what we're told by scientists,
Who think they really know.
They don't
believe there is a God
Who made the galaxies,
The sun, and stars, and nebulae,
The mountains and the seas.
So here we
have these scientists,
Who think they are so smart -
They think that from us common folk,
They are a step apart.
Well,
they're apart, I will say that,
And blind above the neck.
If they would open up their eyes,
They'd see the architect.
There's
just one question I would ask
Of those who think they're smart -
Just who CREATED all the stuff
That blew up at the start?
