Winter Safe Tea        

1 part echinacea
1 part cranberry
Drink to boost your immunities and provide vitamin C to your blood cells
COUPH DROP
1 part (green)oolong leaves
1 part cranberry
1 part raspberry
1 part ginger root
1 part nettle root and leaves


Cut herbs into small pieces, blend well. Use 2 Tbsp of mix
for 1 cup of tea
Drink to ease couph and congestion
Will aid in overcoming influenza
Blankets
1 part cranberry
1 part Chamomile flower
1 part Echinacea root
Use 2 Tbsp per cup
Drink at bedtime
Aids in sleeping
Clears up congestion  and boosts immunity
