| Final Fantasy X (for now on FFX) is one of the series of Final Fantasy games, which is made by Square, a Japanese game company. Square have made success with recent games which are, Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII and Final Fantasy IX, which came out last year winter. They also made Final Fantasy I, Final Fantasy II, Final Fantasy III, Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy V, Final Fantasy VI on another platform, however, Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy V, and Final Fantasy VI are remade it for PlayStation platform. Now they also confirmed that they¡¯re remaking FFVII, FFVIII, and FFIX for PlayStation 2. Final Fantasy X is the first title for PlayStation 2 for FF series, after ¡°The Bouncer¡±, which is the first PS2 game from Square. | Final Fantasy X japanese version is currently out, released in July 19th, 2001. US version of FFX will be released in December 26th, after Christmas this year, 2001. However, Square confirmed the fact that they will only release 500000 copies for the pre-ordreds. It is released at December 18th. Another version will be released, called "Final Fantasy International" with lotsa stuffs in it later in year 2002. Look forward! | Final Fantasy X...sounds different than others, huh? well, yes. Final Fantasy X is now tenth of FFs. Tenth... Well, Final Fantasy X(now on FFX) is based on many themes. Travel, war, hero, love...and so on. FFX is placed in a world or planet called "Spira". A water-flooded region caused by a being called "[Sin]". Spira is being almost manipulated by [Sin], people are living in a fear of the moment when [Sin] will put full destruction to their home. [Sin] is a being without a body shape, not a specie, nor a mammal or other life beings that we can classfiy. [Sin] is created and lived by the humas' fear, arrogance, and other feelings. As long as the humans live and so the [Sin], unless something put the humans into extinction. However, of course there are heroes who have, are, and will try to put [Sin] to eternal death, which is impossible. [Sin] in immortal. It resurrects after one is dead. Although the human beings know this reality but they keep fight. They will keep fight against the [Sin]. |

| FFX has to main characters called "Tidus",a blitzball player, and "Yuna", a summoner. Tidus is the main male character who takes the important part of the story of FFX. A famous blitzball player, an underwater sport mixed with handball, soccer, and rugby. He is the ace of the blitzball team called the "Abes" from Zanarkand. However, one day he meets his father's friend, Auron and something real strange happens to him.... Yuna is the main female character who takes another important part of FFX. She is a daughter of a great called, "Braska". As her father is a summoner, so the daughter. She prays and tries to be a powerful summoner like her father. Since her father, Braska has beaten the [Sin] once with Auron and Jekt, Tidus' father, she doesn't want to let her father down. She travels throughout the world of Spira in order to get help from other temples so she can obtain a summoned monster called "Aeon". The ultimate summon can only beat [Sin]--meaning that Yuna's ultimate goal is this. |
