In early 1890 the Waterbury Watch Co. anounced that they would shortly be placing upon the market a 10,000 mile bicycle cyclometer named the "Trump", which would accompany the "Series I" watch of the same name (please veiw the listing in the "Watches" gallery for more information, including some original newspaper articles about the cyclometer). This letter and advertising booklet were sent out to jewelers to advertise all the features and the low cost of the cyclometer. This add was found in mint condition, still in the original envelope. Although I have found several references and some advertising about the cyclometer, the actual piece remains elusive.
