The Gentle Interplays of Space 09-26-04 The Transfixiation, beyond all modes of travel A floating, disconnected, foreign and unknown, Appearing first as a mirage of air forming a path of gravel Where the outer-relms beckon forward the gates of jornies yonder Along these stones now lost in time as wanderers For spirits live still in our most forgotten corners Beyond the gods now murdered by mankind Their empty corpes stacked as trench walls To defend and perpel, to possess our fragile minds So that we may join these gods in testament to our fall And protect the hollowed halls where the poisoned minds of man Lay seathing in the puddles of their struggles all in vain When the doorway to escape appears before the eyes In great visions conjured from your dreams When we call through the aether, through history and time For shadows lingering beyond our sky's horizon To overwhelm and devour our existence in unison And free it from itself I lend my mind, spirit in these passing times To The Gentle Interplays of Space Who hold me in eternals hands Breathing in their inspiration To inspire the imagination Its vison's birth from a soulless earth So that it may deliver her from reality opposed by none Its looming incineration in the Empires of the Sun
