4.               Back knuckle (fist), spinning back kick

5.           Same leg - shuffle axe kick, side kick, reverse punch

6.           Circular block in cat stance, reverse palm strike in forward stance

SECTION 3 PARTNER BASICS

1.           Blocking drills 1 & 2 with partner

2.           Rising block 3 step

3.           Outside block 3 step

4.           Sword block, lower block 4 step

5.           Multi-blocking 2 (circling)

SECTION 4 PARTNER BASICS 2

1.           Rear heel kick, high roundhouse (alternating legs & stances)

2.           Same leg - high roundhouse kick, low side kick   

SECTIONS 5 FORMS

1.           Chi'ang Shou Fa long fist "Old Earth Form"

2.           Chi'ang Shou Fa long fist "New Earth Form"

3.           Chi'ang Shou Fa long fist "New Fire Form"

  SECTIONS 6  & 7 COMBAT

1.           1st, 2nd, 3rd Multi - defence (hard)

2.           1st, 2nd, 3rd Multi - defence (soft)

  SECTION 8 PADWORK

1.              Roundhouse kick, axe kick same leg

2.              Jab, cross punches, roundhouse kick

3.              Roundhouse kicks (lead, reverse and spin)

  SECTION 9 KICK - TOUCHING

1.       Kick - touching at medium speed

  SECTION 10 SEMI / FREESTYLE

1.      Semi - freestyle with lunge punch attack & rising block, reverse punch          counter    

2.      Slow freestyle with fighting stances     

ATTENDANCE REQUIRED IS NO LESS THAN 20 SESSIONS FOR THIS GRADE
