Arkansas 440 is the designation for the eastern half of the North Belt Freeway. It opened on January 30, 2003, and is built to full Interstate standards. The North Belt Freeway extension is in the planning stages, from US 67/167 to the I-40/430 interchange. AR 440 is a continuation of Interstate 440.
