I was born of a sick father who survived until I was 12.  My mother was a housewife and my dad a scientist.  I am descended from Africa and Europe but I also have Native American.

I like to swim and I like YWCA's.  I like poetry,email,volunteering.  I like to travel even if it is just across town.  I like to eat.  I like people and movies and time alone.  I like cats.
