I understand if I am selected as the new royalty, that my reign will extend over the period of time designated by the Executive State Director.

I also understand that the Executive State Director will act as my agent for all press releases, statements to the press, contracts, TV talk shows, television appearances and personal engagements until the said title is relinquished. Any exceptions must be approved by the State Director.

I understand that during the period that I hold the tile, I will not endorse or permit my name or likeness to be used in connection with the endorsement or advertisement of any product without the express written consent of the State Director.

I agree to make a minimum of 6 appearances for the pageant in the year that I hold the state (or country) title.

I agree that I will participate in and take part in all activities of the pageant. I will not leave any such activities prior to the official conclusion of the competition activities as designated by the pageant, without approval of the State Director.

I further agree:

A: To punctually keep all appointments that require my presence.

B: I will not incur and I am not authorized to incur any debts on behalf of the State pageant.

C: That the State pageants sole obligation, unless I am selected the new winner, is to accept me as a contestant; provided I
satisfy the eligibility requirements, comply with and fulfill my obligations.

D: If I am the winner, I must file a report with the State pageant every 6 weeks. The report will contain schedules, awards,
appearances, etc.…

E: That I do not have the authority to sign or enter into any agreements on behalf of the State pageant or pageant directors.

F. I understand that all fees are non-refundable and that as long as I hold the worldwide title I will not be allowed to compete in any other pageant.

G: That I will attend the Worldwide pageant as the state delegate August 8-11, 2002 in Tacoma, WA.

 I hereby release, unconditionally and forever, any claim against the state pageant which I may have by virtue of my participation in this pageant or use of my name, likeness, voice and/or biography in connection with this pageant, including use in promotional and advertising material.

In the event that I have failed or thereafter fail to carry out and abide by all the rules and regulations governing the conduct of the pageant, I understand that the first runner-up to the title will be declared my successor and will receive all benefits to which I would otherwise be entitled. If I am selected as a runner-up to the title, I agree to be available to assume the duties as set forth herein, if for any reason the original winner or prior runner-up is unable or ineligible to act as the reigning titleholder.
