All contestants must be at least 13 years old as of August 1, 2002.

1. Any contestants gossiping, degrading or bad mouthing other contestants, the choreographer(s), the pageant, any staff or judges will be given a verbal warning. If the behavior continues they will be withdrawn from the competition, in the presence of other contestants.
2. Negative attitudes & behaviors will NOT be tolerated
3. Any contestant getting into another contestant's personal belongings without prior permission, will be given a verbal warning. If the behavior continues they will be withdrawn from the competition, in the presence of other contestants.
4. All contestants must show respect to other contestants in the competition. Everyone has earned the right to compete at the pageant. No one person is better than any other one.
5. Any show of unsportsmanship will not be tolerated.
6. All contestants will follow the rules and listen to the director and/or choreographers.
7. Any contestant who has not paid ALL applicable fees WILL NOT be allowed to compete.
8. The state winners are not allowed to compete in any other pageant systems until their reign as State Worldwide queen is over
9. All fees are non-refundable

I have read the above rules & regulations, and agree to follow them. I understand that disrespect for the pageant, any contestants, staff or judges will NOT be tolerated. I agree to adhere to the pageant "standards" and understand that if I fail to do so, I can be withdrawn from the competition.
