Stew 5 cp A fine stew prepared for the customer at the time of order, and may be requested made of: Ostryx, Pheonix, Halvelina, Wild Boar, Dove, Veal, Mutton, Venison, Dragon, Rabbit, etc...
Porridge 2 cp Basic meal, no need for description
Eggs 3 cp Ostryx, Dove, Pheasent.
Roast or Spitted Meats 1 sp A prepared meat consisting of a slab of meat, take your pick from: Ostryx, Pheonix, Halvelina, Wild Boar, Dove, Veal, Mutton, Venison, Dragon, Rabbit, etc...
Fish 5 cp Breaded and fried whole, or pan cooked.
Vegetables 2 cp A platter consisting of: tubers, potatoes, greens, wild asparagus, snap beans, maize, peas, wild rice, turnips, onions, tomatoes.
Sweet side 3 cp varieties of fruits and berries- sugar and cream or serve them in pie, tarts, coblers or bake the larger fruits as is. Jams and fruit spreads. Preserved, dried and fresh. Nuts were considered fruit. Cakes were made but more like torts (denser, richer).
Bread 1 cp fresh baked daily- farmers bread, rye, pumpernickle, honey wheat, rolls, hot crossed buns, jelly fills, biscuits (another form of hard tack). Nut flour breads. Cookies. Muffins(no cupcakes, that was a modern invention), corn bread.
Dairy 2 cp cream, butter, cheeses cheese spreads of all sorts- cheddar (mild and sharp) gouda, bleu, muenster, feta, cottage cheese, ricotta, limburger, (yes the smellier they were the longer they kept heh)
Simple Fare 5 cp Stew or soup of the day served with crackers or fresh baked bread, a wedge of cheese, and fruit in season. Presented in a nicely proportioned bowl. Half a loaf of bread with butter and cheese on the side. (Offer fruit sliced or whole or berries either with cream and sugar or plain.)
Mutton pie 6 cp A deep dish bake served golden brown and bubbling in its own gravy with tubers, mixed vegetables.
Spitted Havilina 7 cp Two healthy portions of a meat of your choice served with roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Venison steak 6 cp Comes with a baked potato and fresh vegetables.
Ham hocks 5 cp (Wild boar or havelina) and beans, fresh crisp vegetables and corn muffins or rolls.
Catch of the day 4 cp One of, (Blackened trout, Golden battered bass, Baked Walleye filets, Pan fried sunfish, Spitted catfish) served with a tuber or potatoe of your choice and fresh greens, fresh made corn muffins or rolls. Lemon, garlic butter and tartar sauce at your pleasure.
Specialized meals 5 sp each Wild Funghi with veal or dove served in a wine sauce and over wild rice.

Pheonix Marsala served with a red wine sauce over linguini with wild asparagus.

Dragon steak and Lobster grilled and served with a light creme sauce; rice pilaf and fresh greens.

Ostrix in a garlic lemon butter sauce, served with a side of roasted tubers and light greens.

Havelina or Wild boar schnitzel served in a creamed mushroom wine sauce, a potatoe dumpling and fresh vegetables.
