Norman and Harry Osborn

Norman Osborn is the owner of Oscorp, a major corporation. One night he was working in the lab with an experimental gas. There was an explosion. The gas changed him mentally and physically changed the Hobgoblin's outfit. He used the new outfit and the Hobgoblin's equipment and became the Green Goblin. Eventually the effects of the gas wore off and he became normal again. Recently, when under extreme stress, he becomes the Green Goblin again. In his last battle with Spider-Man, he tried using an invention, the portal machine, to escape. It was low on power and sucked Mary Jane and himself into limbo.

Soon after his father's disappearance, Harry began to see and talk with the Green Goblin in mirrors and windows. The Green Goblin convinced him that Spider-Man was responsible for his father's disappearance. Harry became the Green Goblin to exact his revenge. Soon after that Norman unmasked himself and proved to Harry that he was the Green Goblin. The Green Goblin's last fight was at Peter and Mary Jane's wedding. Harry went to break up the wedding and marry MJ. Liz told Harry that she cared about him and at that point, Harry gave up being the Green Goblin and checked himself into a mental hospital.

Hobgoblin

Billy Garghan

The Scorpion was created by J. Jonah Jameson to destroy Spider-Man. Jameson used a scorpion because it is the spider's natural predator. After a while he met a wonderful woman and wants to become plain Billy Garghan again so they can get married.

Alias: Alicia Silver

She was a student at ESU and was former lab assistant to Dr. Connors. She also dated Peter for a while. Her father is the crime lord Silvermane. She was kidnapped by Kingpin and saved by Spider-Man. Then she turned around and tried to kill him. The Bugle did a story on her and exposed her for who she really is.
