Since moving from California to Pennsylvania, to look after my aging father, I have been day trading, goofing off, and working at some unskilled day-labor jobs.

WILLIAM E. BJORK, J.D., C.P.A.     BOOKKEEPER / TECHIE     1996 - 2003
For Mr. Bjork, I did invoicing, general ledger accounting, payroll preparation, and PC technical support. During tax season, I prepared work papers for tax returns. Moreover, I trained other employees as they sought to master various software programs from CFS Tax, Corel, Intuit, and Microsoft.

QUICKBOOKS CONSULTANT     2001 - 2003
While living in Redwood City, California, I was able to help people who ran into problems with QuickBooks, Intuit's popular accounting software.

CAÑADA COLLEGE LEARNING CENTER     PEER TUTOR     1997 - 2002
At the Cañada College Learning Center, I tutored students who needed help with algebra, statistics, English, accounting, Visual Basic, HTML, and various humanities classes. During this period, I also edited technical articles and master’s theses for former students of Cañada College for whom English was a second language.

At Alloy Cutting, I operated band saws, radial saws, stamping machines, drill presses, polishing machines, cranes, and forklifts.
