Dear Families,
We are planning a trip to Cherryhill sports complex in Newmarket to participate in an end of year celebration on Friday June 24, 2005. The students will be leave the school at 9:00 a.m. and arrive back at the school at 3:00 p.m..
The students will be involved in a number of organized activities, raging from very structured (beach volleyball) to informal(mini-putt). The programme will be run by the staff at Cherryhill and they are very eager to host us.
The facility does offer lunch, which would consist of one slice of pizza or one hot dog, potato chips and a juice. A snack bar is available for additional items to be purchased.
The cost of the trip, with lunch included, is $17.00, without lunch included is $12.00.
Please fill out the permission form below and return it by Friday June 10, 2005 along with your cheque.
