Linz ...Mel looked up and tried to keep a stiff expression while awaiting what Trudie was about to do, when Brad yelled out, "Wait!" Trudie spun on her heels and shouted "What?!?" "You can't blame him for messing up, I mean, look" Brad explained. "What? I thought it was quite nice!" "But not at ALL what we're used to!" Wayne chimed in. "So what are you saying?" Trudie asked suspiciously. Mel said in a defiant tone, "They need only the best of everything! You can't expect them to be in top improv form in . . .THERE!" Trudie slapped Mel as hard as she could. Mel had to turn her face and breathe a couple seconds. "She's right you know," Kathleen said in a calm tone, "Not even the most talented actor can work just ANYWHERE!" Trudie stepped in front of Kathleen and smacked her as well, Kathleen spit in her face in response. Trudie yanked on Kathleen's hair as hard as possible. "When we get done with you girls, you'll be the first to die," she said to Kathleen through gritted teeth. "Not a chance" said Kathleen in response. "You're too defiant for your own good, we'll need to deal with that..." |
Mon While Trudie was busy with Kathleen, Mel cut herself free with a little box cutting knife that she convinently had and walked to the glass box, and said, "Now." Brad turned to Greg and gave him a suggestion for Superheros.Greg stood up and called out, "Trudie!! Watch me!!" He started to do Chocolate Easter Bunny Man. Trudie hadn't seen that episode yet, so she sat down and watched Greg and the others re-due the scene. Trudie was ROTFLHAO. She cried, "Stop, too funny!! Stop!!" But Greg and the others continued. Then, Mel went into the desk and got a keyring with two keys on it. She didnt know which one to use, so She picked one of them, and forced it into the lock. The door opened and the improvers grinned with glee. Mel and the contestants freed the rest of the Brady Bunch. Then, the Brady Bunch and all sneaked out of the room with the faint laughter of Trudie in the now empty room. They went straight downstairs to save some more Brady Bunchers. |
Linz Meanwhile, Lionel was doing his best to try to figure out how to get Wax. When he had thought of something, he went into the room. Wax saluted him. "I need to take the one named Sue up to another room," Lionel said. "Sorry, but..." he let his sentence trail off because he heard Trudie laughing, he ran out to check on her. Lionel rushed over and shut off the tape and undid the girls as fast as possible then ran over to the desk in the room. "What are you looking for?" Sue asked. "The antidote" Linz responded. "For what?" "The chemical we were all injected with." "It's not here..." Lionel finally said. "Looking for this?" Trudie asked as she held up a bottle of a purple liquid as she and Wax stood in the doorway... |
Babs "So, Lionel. You betray me. You know what the punishment for treachery is, don't you?" Lionel just glared at Wax. "Death." Wax grinned. "But first, we're going to take care of the Brady Bunch." Holly, Sue, and Mon glared at him, but tried to hide their smug smiles. The three of them knew that if no one was watching the others, they could escape and help them. But Wax read the underlying smugness, and knew what they were thinking. "I know what you're thinking," he said, with his own degree of smugness. "but you're friends will not be helping you any time soon. We ran into them on the way down here, and our boys are now taking care of them as we speak. And in less than an hour, the chemical you were all injected with will take effect. You three will feel it first, because the Spice Girls, while an amusing torture tool, is also a speeding agent for the chemical." "What's going to happen to us?" Sue asked. "You'll see..." Wax said ominously and laughed. "Now you, come here!" Wax grabbed Lionel and dragged him out of the room. The girls all looked worridly at each other. They had to get that antidote, and quick! Just then, Mel screamed over the rukus... |
Linz "WAIT!" Everyone in the room stopped and looked at her. "Where did Wax and Trudie go?" Everyone stopped trying to subdue the henchmen and tied them up in the chairs the Brady bunch had been in. They all ran to the door just as they saw Wax and Trudie doing there best to take Lionel down to another room when they heard a banging noise. The other key that was retrieved was used on the door, and out came Denny. As she gasped for air, she managed to say, "Must...get antidote...to girls" "Denny! What's wrong?!?" Brad caught her as she started to fall. "That chemical is deadly, it slows down your metabolism, and then your heart..." Everyone glanced at each other nervously. Finally Ryan said, "Wayne, Brad, Greg, and Colin come with me, we'll try to get Lion and the antidote, the rest of your find the others and tell them what we know." |
Nikki_Lynn The guys ran off in search of Trudie and Wax. "Ok," said Mel, "Let's go get the others!" The Brady Bunch headed off towards the stairs. "Hurry!" Denny shouted after them, "None of us have much time left!" They reached the door in a matter of seconds. Kathleen tried to open it, but it was locked. Mel knocked on the door. "Are you guys still in there?" she yelled. "Yes!" came Sue's muffled reply, "Now get us out of here!" "How are we gonna get this door open?" asked Nikki_Lynn. "I have an idea," said Kathleen, pulling a hairpin from behind her ear. "Can you really open a lock like that?" asked Nikki_Lynn. "Well, it works on TV..." replied Kathleen, and she set to work... "Come on, girls," said Mel, "Let's grab Denny, and go find the guys! I hope they have the antidote..." "I hope they haven't caught up with Wax yet," said Holly, "I wanna piece of that little...." "Me too!," Sue chimed in. The reunited Brady Bunch charged up the stairs. They stopped to help Denny up, who still wasn't at her best, though she was improving. They ran up another flight of stairs, and into the spa. Suddenly, they heard a strange mechanical sound. "What the heck is that?" asked Linz. "I'm not sure," replied Mon, "But I think it's coming from the roof!" They rushed to the roof... |
Babs "OhmiGoodness!" Nikki_Lynn screamed. "Their going to get away!" Mel looked to the others. "What are we going to do?" "Wayne!" The Brady Bunch all looked to see Brad reaching for Wayne as Wayne made a leap onto the helicopter. A struggle ensued between Wayne and Wax, and the pilot, not knowing what else to do, landed the copter again, so his boss wouldn't fall off. If his boss got killed, how would he get paid, after all? Ryan then jumped on the helicopter and was able to pull his brother off. Meanwhile, it looked like Wayne was losing the fight, because Trudie was helping to hold him down while Wax punched him. "Come on, girls!" Linz screamed. They all ran towards the copter. Holly got there first and she tore Trudie off of Wayne. Together, Holly, Mon, and Kathleen all started tearing her apart, and punching her. No more li'l pig squeeling from her! Nikki_Lynn, Mel and Lynz all started attacking Wax while Sue pulled out the severely injured Wayne and NE held up the still ailing Denny, who was having a hard time breathing. "Where's the antidote!" Holly screamed, shaking Trudie. "I...I don't have it..." "She doen't have it!" Mon screamed to Nikki_Lynn. "Where is it, Wax! So help me..." there was a very hard edge to Nikki_Lynn's voice, Wax decided wisely not to push his luck. "It's...right...h..here." He held out the vile, but just then, he lost consciousness, and the vile started falling...falling...falling... |
Mon "I got it!! I got it!!!" Colin ran towards the vile. He rolled on the ground, making sure the vile did not hit the tar-papered roof. Colin landed on his stomach and reached out. The Bunch gasped. Everything happened in slow motion. Colin felt a cool glass against the palm of his hand. He closed his eyes... |
Linz ...and when he opened them again, he saw a vile of green liquid in his hands. "This isn't the stuff we're looking for is it?" Colin asked. He took a sip and gaged. Wax stood up and laughed. "Of course it isn't! Do you really think I'd be that dumb?" He hopped back in the helicopter in the front seat with the driver and they could hear him yell for them to not stop for anything. Trudie broke free from the grasp that was holding her and started running toward the chopper "What about me?!?" she wined. "So long sucker!" was Wax's only reply. Then Trudie was left to face the wrath of the Brady bunch... |
Mon Ryan and Wayne ran towards Colin, followed by Greg, Brad and the Brady Bunch. Mon turned around. "How dare you!!! U think you can hurt anyone you please, huh?? DON'T YOU?? You think that just because your little rich bratty girl, you can hurt anyone you want and not get in trouble, huh?? You may have everyone under your control in LA, but not in MY homestate. If they found out that I was found dead, the whole state of Rhode Island and Plymoth Plantations would be up on your boo-tay. Did you know that, huh??" "Yeah!!" said the others. Then, began the chase... |
Mel ...which fortunately didn't last long. Trudie only made it to the stairs leading back into the Fitness World before she was caught by the Brady Bunch. "You're not going to get away with this. You've got to pay for what you did to all of us," Linz cried out. Trudie stood there ignoring all the people staring at her as Ryan and Colin held her arms firmly. "You still haven't won yet Brady Bunch," Trudie yelled out at them. "You don't have your antidote, and without that you won't live long enough to punish me," She spit out cruelly. Suddenly the group heard a cry from behind them and turned to find that Greg had collapsed. Holly immediately rushed over to him and took his head in her arms. "We've got to find that cure. If not, he could be the first to go," she told the group as her brow creased with worry. Ryan, Colin, Mon and Kathleen decided to take Trudie back down where they'd watch her. And with the help of Brad and Wayne, Holly and the rest of the group managed to help Greg down to the main level again. Once Trudie had been firmly tied up and Greg had been settled as comfortably as possible, Nikki_Lynn gathered the Brady Bunch around her. "Look, we need a plan. Greg isn't doing good. He hasn't been for some time. Slowly the rest of us will start to feel worse as well. We've got to get moving while there's still time," she directed, "So here's what we're going to do. Kathleen, Ryan, Colin, Mon and Holly are going to stay here with Trudie and Greg. Sue, Mel, and Brad are going to go for help. Where ever you guys can find it. Don't get any medical help because no doctors can help us. And Linz, Wayne, Natalie Elizabeth, Denny and myself are going to go after Wax. Does everybody have that?" The group nodded and was about to set off when Colin suddenly stopped them. "Do you guys know where Wax could have gone?" he asked, and for a few moments the room was completely silent. Suddenly Wayne piped up, "I think I might have an idea..." |
Linz "...But you're not going to like it." "I think I may know, as well, when you put it like that," Linz piped up, "But how do we know he even HAS an antidote?" They all turned to look at Trudie. She hummed another hoedown, which made Brad cover his ears in pain, and crumple to the floor. "Brad! Are you Ok?" Mel ran over to help him, when she felt a pain in her side. "See?" Trudie gloated. "It's happening faster than imagined!" "We've got to hurry!" said Wayne. To which Linz pulled out a fixed remote and zapped them into Wax's cyber-hideout... |
Nikki_Lynn Meanwhile, Sue, Mel, and Brad had piled into a car and were headed for the cyber cafe. "Why are we going to the cyber cafe?" asked Brad. "Don't you watch the news?" asked Sue, "Ya hear all the time how you can find recipes for drugs online! I'll bet that's where Wax found the recipe for this poison." "And if the poison is online," said Mel, "Then so is the antidote...I just hope we can track it down in time." "I don't get it," said Ryan, "How come he's so much worse than the rest of us?" "I think it must have something to do with his reaction to the knock out gas they used on him," said Holly, "I think it's throwing off his body chemistry. They really used a lot on him...maybe it's making the poison work faster." Holly gently lifted Greg's wrist and checked his pulse. It was slow. Slower than when she had checked it not five minutes ago. His breathing was shallow, and his skin was pale. He hadn't so much as twitched since he collapsed. Trudie laughed from the corner, where she was securly tied up. "You won't find the antidote in time," she shrieked, "At least not for him. I give him another hour...tops!" Kathleen, stormed over to her. "Shut up, you heartless little brat!" she screamed, "Or else, I'll make you wish you'd never been born!" Colin, laid a hand on her shoulder, and guided her over to seat. She was shaking with rage... |
Babs "I hate that little snot! I hate that little snot! I hate that little..." "Kathleen, calm down," Holly said. "Yeah, for all we know, she provoking you to make your adrenaline rush, which could very well speed up the poison," Colin stated, himself the very picture of calm. Trudie gasped loudly and everyone turned to see her surprised expression. "That *is* what you were trying to do, isn't it?" "N-no," Trudie said non-chalantly, trying to shrug the whole thing off. Kathleen jumped out of her seat and smacked Trudie across her already bruised face. Just then, Kathleen was overcome with a coughing spell. "You have to stay calm," Colin said, putting a hand on her shoulder again. |
Linz Meanwhile, Wayne, Denny, NE, Nikki_Lynn, and Linz, arrived safely back in cyber-world, as Linz put the remote away, she felt a tingling in her left side. She knew she didn't have long, but she didn't say anything so she wouldn't worry the others. "Now where to?" Nikki_Lynn asked Wayne. "I think he had a cabinet around here somewhere..." Wayne said as he tried to remember. Just then, the door behind them shut, Linz turned around and ran to it. "Locked," she anounced for all. "Now what?" NE asked. Just then a coughing fit assailed Linz so she had to collapse to the floor. As Denny came over to her aid, Linz faded into nothing, but her voice could be heard, and her panther pendant could still be seen. "That's so strange..." Denny said. "Linz?" "Yeah, I can't see myself! What happend?" |
Mel Denny shook her head, "I don't know Linz. But I think we need to get you out of here and back to Fitness World where you'll be okay." "No! I don't want to leave," Linz cried out, but even as she did she knew that it was the only answer. "Linz, if we don't get you out of here soon you might never be able to get out," Nikki_Lynn warned. Natalie Elizabeth volunteered to take Linz back while the rest continued on. Linz handed the remote to Wayne and he zapped them out of the internet. "Now we have to find Wax's hide out..." he said, walking away from the rest of the group... "How much longer do we have Colin?" Holly asked. Colin glanced at his watch and then looked up. "Around 40 minutes," he responded quietly. Everyone glanced at each other solomnly but no one said a word... "Where the hell are we?" Lionel demanded to Wax as they seemed to enter a parallel universe. "We're in the internet my dear friend," Wax murmured softly and Lionel felt like punching him but refrained from doing so. "We flew in here around 5 minutes ago and we'll be at our destination in another two or three. So hush up and enjoy the ride." Lionel glanced out the window, trying to see what was going on outside. They seemed to be in a world with nothingness. There was only different coloured doors and portholes that Lionel could make out. He leaned back in his chair and let out a sigh. There was nothing he could do at the moment. At least not until they were on the ground. Suddenly the helicopter started downwards. "Well...looks like we're here!" Wax said, grinning... |
Linz Wax dragged Lionel out of the chopper and into a small room with nothing in it except for a cabinet. He sat him down in the middle of the room and then left the room and locked the door behind him, as soon as the door closed, the room started to shake and Lionel ran to one of the walls and pressed his ear to it. He could hear something approaching the room, but he couldn't be sure of what it was. "I wish you were in the same situation as us, then you wouldn't be so smug!" Linz finally snapped. "Yeah that's right" said Colin, pulling the vile of green liquid out that he had caught earlier, "Then maybe you'd be more willing to cooperate." Trudie shook her head furiously as Colin approached her on one side, and Holly approached with a syringe she picked up earlier... |
Mon "Mmm mmmm mmmmm!!" cried Trudie behind the tape. "Syringe." said Colin. "Syringe." replied Holly. "Wait." said Ryan."If you inject it into her now, she's gonna last longer than the Bunch." "Your right" said Colin, "This isn't like me anyways." "Well it is like me!" said Holly. She took the syringe from Colin and extracted the green formula from the bottle. |
Babs Holly flicked her finger against the syringe and squirted a little bit of the liquid out, to make sure no air bubbles were in there. Trudie squirmed and struggled, but to no avail. Holly injected the liquid into her left shoulder. Something twisted in Holly's heart when she saw a single tear run down Trudie's cheek, but she brushed it aside. After all, this girl had injected them all with the same stuff and was gloating over the fact they were going to die. Now, at least, she was getting a taste of her own medicine--literally. Kathleen smiled at Holly and said, "Thanks. If I thought I could hold the syringe steady, I would have done that myself." "Yeah, thanks. That one's for all of us," Linz smiled. Holly smiled reasuringly at the two of them, but still felt something like a lump of lead in the pit of her stomach. "Say, Wayne," Nikki_Lynn said, "Can we use that remote to get us out of here? Maybe to another website, or something?" "Dunno, let me check," he perused over the remote then finally screamed, "Of course!" "What?" Denny asked. "The 'Locate' button! Let's just push 'Locate Wax'!" It sounded too good to be true, and it was. He pushed the button, and the remote just sputtered and the words, "Cannot compute" scanned across the thing. "Dang nabbit!" Nikki_Lynn cursed. They sighed and thought again. "Hey! Gimme that thing!" "What?" Wayne handed the remote over to Nikki_Lynn. "I have a cousin who knows how to hot wire cars," she explained. "He taught me how to do it to, so since this is the internet, this is an electrical lock, right?" "I guess..." Wayne started. "So..." She tore the back off the remote and started to pull some wires apart. "Hey! We're gonna need that!" Denny shrieked. "Not any time soon, and we can always fix it later--whenever we're out of this mess." After much minipulation and several tries, I fizz, then a pop, then a big spark flashed at the "doorway" where Nikki_Lynn was working. The door pushed open easily. "C'mon! Let's go!" |
Nikki_Lynn Back at Fitness World... NE ripped the tape off Trudie's mouth. "OOOOWWWWW!" she screamed, then she began to cry, "You idiot! Now we're all dead!" "Not if the others make it back in time..." said Linz, weakly. "They won't," said Trudie, "Wax set a trap...A very deadly trap. Even if they make it to the room with the cabinet, they won't be able get out of cyber-space alive." "What is this trap, Trudie?" Ryan said, stalking up to her. Trudie laughed. "I might as well tell you! It doesn't matter now, anyway!" she ranted, "You see, when you friends open that cabinet, they will be permanently digitized! If they try to leave the net, they'll be erased!" She sank back against the wall, sobbing. NE looked at the others. "We have to warn them," she said. "But how?" asked Mon. "Find anything yet, Monkey Man?" asked Mel. "Not yet," Brad replied. "Hey, check this out!" said Sue. On her screen was a website filled with recipes for various concoctions. There was a section labled "Poisons". "Alright, Sue!" said Brad, "Now we just have to see if our poison is there." Sue clicked on the link...and then groaned. "My God," said Mel, "There must be a thousand different recipes. We'll have to go through all of them and see what it says the symptoms for each are..." "This is not good..." said Sue... |
Linz On a hunch, Sue clicked the "Just Added" section. What she saw made her gasp. "Look at this!" She shouted. "That is just sick!" Mel added. "Well, it IS Wax, you know," Brad said. As they looked on, Sue clicked the recipe for 'Trudwaxamine', the newest chemical on the list. "Sit down. You're making me nervous" Instead, he went over to the couch and took Linz's pulse. She could tell by the expression on his face that it wasn't good. "Hey, don't worry...they'll get back. Maybe Wax messed up and everything will be fine," she said. Then she started coughing again... |
Nikki_Lynn ...Linz faded in and out of conciousness for a few minutes. Finally, semi-concious, she lay back and stared at the ceiling. "She's getting worse," Holly wailed, "We're all gonna end up like that!" "Calm down," said NE, "We'll be Ok...We'll all be Ok..." "Well, we know what we need," said Brad, "Now how do we go about getting it?" Sue grabbed the printed sheets from the printer, and headed for the door. "Where are we going now?" asked Mel. "I have a friend who works for a chemical research company..." said Sue, "He can help us with this." Suddenly, Sue doubled over in pain. "I don't think we have long," said Brad. "Hurry...have to...hurry," Sue gasped. Brad picked her up and carried her to the car. Once Sue was safely in the back seat, Brad climbed behind the wheel. "Just tell me where to go, oh Filk!master," said Brad. Sue gave directions and Brad drove. Mel glanced at her watch...not much time left... "I saw the cabinet," said Lionel, "It's this way!" They entered a room. Inside stood a huge, ornately decorated cabinet. Wayne reached out for one of the handles, and pulled. The door swung open and a white light issued forth, enveloping the group. Suddenly, they heard the sound of Wax's laughter. "Fools!" he cried, "You walked right into my trap! Now, if you try to leave the net, you'll be erased...permanently!" "Wax," screamed Wayne, "You'll pay for this!" "That's what you think," replied Wax, "And now, goodbye dear brother...I'm heading back to the REAL world..." Wax's laughter faded away. The Brady Bunch stood there in shock, not knowing what to do... |
Mel "There has *got* to be a way out," Denny muttered angrily. "There is. There must be," Wayne said, walking around in circles. There were so many doors and no way to know which would be safe or which could lead them to their ultimate demise. "Well this is just great!" Nikki_Lynn exclaimed sarcastically. She also paced trying to think of something. She went over everything that had happened in the past and everything that had happened recently. There was something that she was missing. Something that wasn't quite clicking... "Wayne, you must have some idea what your brother did or how we can get out of here," Denny demanded. Wayne just shook his head. "I don't know. I never knew he could be capable of something like this." "Well I never asked for this to happen!" Denny said quietly to herself and ran a hand through her hair. Suddenly Nikki_Lynn remembered. "I've got it guys! I think I know what we can do to get out of here..." "Where are they?" Ryan wondered aloud quietly. He looked at his friends around him and felt a lump form in his throat but he pushed it away. "I don't know," Mon said. She was sitting right beside Natalie Elizabeth. Everyone was quiet for a while after that. Suddenly they heard and gasp and looked in Holly's direction. "Greg doesn't have a pulse!!" she screamed... |
Nikki_Lynn ...Colin, Ryan, and NE rushed over. "Oh my God," said NE, in a deadpan voice. "Help me," Holly cried to NE. NE helped Holly lay Greg out on the floor and tore open his shirt. Holly quickly began CPR. Two breaths, then fifteen compressions. She established a rythm, then motioned for NE to take over the compressions. Ryan and Colin watched helplessly from a few feet away. Kathleen looked up at the scene and finally stopped trying to hold back her tears. Suddenly, Greg coughed, and gasped for air. Holly looked startled for a moment, and then checked his pulse. It was slow and irregular, but it was there. "He's not going to last much longer, is he," Colin said, his voice waivering. Holly swallowed the lump in her throat and shook her head. "Hurry," Sue panted. She tried to get up, but she didn't have the strength. "Come on," said Brad, as he picked her up, "Don't give up on us now." They ran into the building, Sue slung over Brad's shoulder. The receptionist looked extremely surprised by the sight. "Doctor Whitcroft?! Come quick!" she called. A young man, probably in his early 30's, appeared form an office. "Sue?" he gasped. "Micheal!" Sue panted, "Need...your help..." Brad quickly explained the situation... |
Linz "Oh dear!" he responded, looking over the list of ingredients, "I have most of these, except two..." "What are they? Maybe we can get them..." Brad said, readjusting his hold on Sue. "Well, I suppose it's a possibility..." He pointed to the ingredients he needed: Brady DNA and a strand of Markson hair. "Why is everyone fluxuating in health?" Colin finally asked. "It's the way it was designed..." said Trudie, "The younger you are, the faster it works, then the women feel it the next most, and then the guys..." Then she lost conciousness... |
