FAMILIES NEED HOPE.

Families are the Foundation of Our Country.
With the breakdown of Families has come the decline in Family values and traditions. There is a lot of preasure on Familes. Parents are working leaving little time for Parent talk, date night for couples, and communications among the family members.
Children are involved in all kinds of supervised afterschool activities. Parents are worried about free time and their child's choices. Therefore parents spend a lot of time taking a child here and there:
Scoccer,band,ballet,karate,
swimming,cheerleading, tapdancing,boyscouts,girls club, church youth, basketball, little league, and on and on.

One family I know limited the choices of afterschool activities to 2 each semester. That would make 4 a year.

Why not set one night a week as Family Night. All do an Activity Together. Build Memories.
Fly a kite together.
Parents prepare a local neighborhood Treasure Hunt by putting notes along the way as hints. With
a coupon for IceCream as the Treasure at the end of the mystery notes.
Children color napkins for dinner time.
Have a child plan a dinner menu with their favorite and let them help prepare.
Monday is HUG day.
Put notes in lunch boxes, on the bed pillow, or send a card in the mail. Chrildren love to get mail that is personal.
