crash | noun: a serious accident (usually involving one or more vehicles) (Example: "They are still investigating the crash of the TWA plane") |
equipment | noun: an instrumentality needed for an undertaking or to perform a service |
error | noun: part of a statement that is not correct (Example: "The book was full of errors") |
machine | noun: any mechanical or electrical device that transmits or modifies energy to perform or assist in the performance of human tasks |
maintenance | noun: activity involved in maintaining something in good working order

malfunction | noun: a failure to function normally |
purchase | verb: obtain by purchase; acquire by means of a financial transaction |
receipt | noun: an acknowledgment (usually tangible) that payment has been made

service | noun: an act of help or assistance (Example: "He did them a service") |
terms | noun: status with respect to the relations between people or groups (Example: "On good terms with her in-laws") |

warranty | noun: a written assurance that some product or service will be provided or will meet certain specifications |
