instruction noun: a message describing how something is to be done

medicine noun: (medicine) something that treats or prevents or alleviates the symptoms of disease
patient noun: a person who requires medical care (Example: "The number of emergency patients has grown rapidly")
poison noun: any substance that causes injury or illness or death of a living organism
prescription noun: written instructions from a physician or dentist to a druggist concerning the form and dosage of a drug to be issued to a given patient
refund noun: money returned to a payer
safety noun: the state of being certain that adverse effects will not be caused by some agent under defined conditions (Example: "Insure the safety of the children")
