Suspension
I decided everybody was right, you do need the car at the correct ride height with the correct wheels in order to put the body on right.

#1
Used Street Dreams 2" drop spindles. Drop spindles give you the drop, but dont change A-arm geometry so the suspension works how it should.

#2
New front RCC coil-overs give you fine tune adjusting of the ride height. I choose RCC mainly because the install doesnt require welding of the cross-member. They are Carrera 8CS325 shocks and Carrera 325 lb springs.

#3
You need to remove the bump stop cone. There are only five weld spots.

#4
I had to file a bit off the tongue of the spindle washer so it would fit in the Street Dreams notch.

#5
Here is the front suspension all installed. I found that the 14" stock wheels dont fit on the drop spindles.

#6
New rear RCC coil-overs bolt right in and lower the car as well as adjust ride height. They are Gabriel Gas Ryder Premium Gas Struts G55512 and Carrera 350 lb springs.

#7
MUCH lower... but the front is still 6" off the ground with stock 14" wheels. There is still room for an air dam.

Before: After:
#8
The middle is 3" off the ground and the rear is 4 1/2".
