WCCR is located on "The Campus Beautiful" Concord College in Athens, WV. Currently, WCCR broadcasts in Real Audio on the internet as well as transmitting on Channel 47 on Concord's closed circuit cable system. The station is in the process of establishing AM transmitting capabilities with future plans of upgrading to FM radio.

WCCR is a part of Concord Productions, Inc., Dr. Ronald Burgher, CEO. Student leaders of the station include Program Director Daniel Adkins, Program Assistant Ray Long, and Co-Music Directors Danny Grigsby and Jaymz Tigner.
