Interest Inflator


The Interest Inflator is the amount inflation contributes to the interest.

A nation has a prime lending rate of 10%. The inflation of that country was 5% at the time. Half of the prime lending rate would be inflation.

That half the prime lending rate, the 5%, is the Interest Inflator.
