Where the earth negative magnetic and earth postive magnetic meet, there is the natural occuring, orbiting above the ecqucartor the earth magnetic null energy zone.
This zone will make brain dead any satellite which transits, and travels through the zone.
The low powered satellites will not have enough power to make it through the zone.
If the zone is 3 mini watts for both the + and the -, the total will be 9 mini watts of magnetic null energy zone. A satellite of 7 mini watts would end up "electronic brain dead".
