Energy Mass Ratios
Background:
Particles behave as both mass and energy.
Therefore
Particles are some combination of mass/energy.
Therefore
There exists a resident mass/energy state for every particle and every particle level.

Energy Mass Ratios
Particle to particle interrelationships and particle level to particle level interrelationships could be better explored with the simple mathematical device of Energy Mass Ratios.

An Energy Mass Ratio is the amount of energy of particle devided by the amount of mass of particle (atomic weight).

As observered by your Nondoctor here, the lesser, lower you go in the particle levels, the greater, higher the Energy Mass Ratios.

In other words, for particle levers, the lower you go the more energy you get.
