Point blank, subconscious luck behaviors are behaviors the subconscious does without you or me being "aware" the subconscious is "doing the luck". Subconscious luck behaviors are behaviors the subconscious does without you or me having "waking conscious awareness" of it.
Apart from "radom luck" or "radom event" in the universe, luck is also behavior done by the subconscious.
You and I do not know what the subconscious is doing to make the subconscious luck behaviors. You and I know when the subconscious is doing the luck behaviors. We look at another person and see them going through a "lucky streak". Every thing they do and "touch" turns out to be lucky for them.

In my practice as a "luck consultant", I use the subconscious symbols to tell people when they have the luck, when they are lucky and when the subconscious is doing the luck behavior. What people are actually asking those in astrology or numerology is will they have the luck doing something in some area of life.

Yes, people can "make" their luck all the time, and do those things society tells us to do to have the luck, make the luck. Since the subconscious does luck, there are times when the luck is naturally "flowing" to us.
