Research Form
As you learn more about the fields of science you are interested in,
you will often find articles and books that give you some good
information. To show that you have read some important
information and to gather some facts or ideas that you can use, this
article research form can be filled out. To get credit you must
include the publication information and 5 to 10 facts or details that
you learned from the article. Books and Internet sources can be
used also.
Common information needed.
Author or Authors Names. (date of
publication year and month for magazines and journals).
Article title or chapter. Name of book or magazine it was published in.
Publisher. Pages.
Example:
Mone, Gregory.
(2003, Sept.). Killer Asteroids. Popular Science. Time4Media.
Pp72-80, 110.
The remainder of the page would list
the 5-10 important things you learned from the material.
