DEALER RULES AND GUIDELINES

1. All requests for sales space must be received by July 31, 2009 and include completed contract form and a            check or money order in the full amount payable to Plane Crazy Chapter NFFC.

2. If you are unable to participate in this event after purchasing a sales space, contact us as soon as possible.         Requests for refunds must be in writing and postmarked by July 31, 2009. NO refunds will be possible after         this date. Table space is transferable by contacting the Plane Crazy Chapter of the NFFC.

3. A sales space for this event consists of one(1)  8 foot table with two chairs.  Additional spaces are tables only.

4. This event will be held at the Trent Arena, 3301 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio 45429 on Saturday August 8,              2009 and Sunday, August 9, 2009.

5. Free parking is available.

6. Please stop at the registration, before you begin to unload, to verify your table assignments.

7. The room will be available for dealers each day to set up beginning at 7:00 a.m. Set-up must be complete by           9:45a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Breakdown may  begin at the close on Sunday.  NO EARLIER! This will be        strictley enforced.  We have changed the closing time to 3:00pm on Sunday to accomodate those who have to        travel.

8. Aisles must be kept clear of merchandise at all times in accordance with local fire and safety laws and                         regulations.

9. Merchandise may not be pinned, taped or otherwise attached to the walls of the ballroom.

10. The doors will open at 10:00 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday,  for the general public to shop and trade.               There will be a separate area for pin trading.

11. Neither the NFFC nor the City of Kettering may be held liable for any damage, injury or loss occurring at this             event. Any damage in designated selling area will be sellers' responsibility.  A minimum of $250.00 will be              charged to any seller who causes damage to the property.

12. Only official or licensed Disney merchandise may be offered for sale. The Plane Crazy Chapter of the NFFC            retains the exclusive right to determine what items may be offered for sale.
