Purpose: To use the principle’s of trigonometry to determine the height of the flagpole in Vandebilt Catholic High School’s football stadium.

Concepts: Measuring Skills, Trigonometry, Problem Solving

Data: List all data collected (measurements & data) in a well-organized table.

Calculations: Give an example of each type of calculation made in determining the height of the flagpole.

Error Analysis: Calculate the relative error (E_R) in the observed height of the flagpole. (Use 5% to determine yopur values acceptability).
