I was making 3 inch cookies and wondered what would be the best way to arrange them on my cookie sheet so that I could bake the most cookies possible at one time.  My rectangular cookie sheet measures 1 foot 3 inches by 1 foot.  I need to leave 1 inch between each cookie.  How many cookies can I bake at one time?
