Turkey is on sale for 29 cents per pound this week at Wegmans.  How much will my turkey cost?
Hint:  Think of 30 cents and subtract off one cent for every pound you use or use a calculator.






For 4th and 5th graders:  The directions on the wrapper of the turkey states to bake the turkey 20 minutes per pound.  What time do I need to put the turkey in the oven if we want to eat dinner at 2:00 p.m.?
