Here is a recipe for cake:

 1 cup water
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2  cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
