Can you figure out my phone number?

• My first digit is the value of a nickel
• The second digit is the number of continents plus one
• The third digit is double the value of its place
• The fourth digit equal to the number of days in a week minus two
• The fifth digit is equal to the number of inches in a ruler take away four
• The sixth digit is special because if you add me to any number, the result is just the number that you started with
• My last digit is half of a dozen
