Marie Chapelier
(1621-1697 )
Marie Chapelier was born on January 06, 1621 at St. Etienne De Comte, Melum, Brie, Marne, France; the daughter of Jean Chapelier and Marguerite Dodier.  She arrived in the Quebec Colony as a Filles A Marier, contracted to be the bride of Robert Drouin.  They were married November 29, 1649 in Ville De Quebec.

Robert was born on August 06, 1607 in Mortagne-au-Perche, Orne, Basse,  Normandy, France; the son of Robert Drouin Sr. and Marie Dubois, and was widowed from Anne Cloutier.  Robert and Marie would have eight children before his death on June 01, 1685 in Chateau-Richer.  Marie followed on March 18, 1697 in Ville De Quebec.
The Next Generation
Marie Drouin - Was born on September 01, 1650 and died in 1663 in Chateau-Richer. She married Nicolas Lebel.

Nicolas Drouin - Was born on January 07, 1652 in Ville De Quebec and died unknown in Ste-Famille. He married Marie Loignon and the couple had at least five children.

Pierre Drouin - Was born on November 10, 1653 and died unknown in Trois-Rivieres.

Marguerite Drouin - Was born on December 23, 1655 and died on June 02, 1692 in Chateau-Richer.  She married Jean Gagnon and the couple had eight children.

Etienne Drouin - Was born in 1657 and died on September 13, 1732 in Chateau-Richer.  He married Catherine Loignon and the couple had eleven children.  When she died he then married Jeanne Barette.

Catherine Drouin - Was born on January 02, 1660 in Trois-Rivieres and died on March 26, 1734 in Chateau-Richer.  She was married twice:  Michel Roulois - three children.  Guillaume Simon - three children.

Jean-Baptiste Drouin - Was born on February 13, 1662 and died unknown in Trois-Rivieres.

Marie-Madeleine Drouin - Was born on November 26, 1664 and died unknown in Trois-Rivieres.
