MEMBERS ABSENT:Lee Hollie, Tabatha Williams, Karen Richardson & Nancy Pierre

MEETING COMMENCED: 3:15 p.m.

TOPICS DISCUSSED:

• Minutes of previous meeting were read.

• Reviewed and signed Partnership Agreement.

• Reviewed Beneficiary Form. Will present group with a more flexible sample.

• Discussed NAIC Membership and Software (Tool Kit). We should have in hand at next meeting.
• Buy and Hold.com - $2.99 per trade.
• Consider purchasing 100 shares of a particular stock to see growth.
• Group was asked to gather a list of questions for Full Service Broker who will be invited to one of our next meetings.
• Disney was presented by Gwen.
• Distribution of investment & stock information by Deborah and Janice.
• Question arose regarding Bounced Checks. Topic will be investigated and presented to group.
• Group was again asked to select and research a stock which will be presented at a later meeting.
• BetterInvesting.org - (Demos for software).
• Kim and Preston to bring refreshments for next meeting.
