MINUTES OF INVESTMENT CLUB MEETING

MEMBERS PRESENT:Gretchen DuRant, Toni Pinckney, Greg Joseph, Zandra Coles, Nancy Pierre, Gwen Goolsby, Kim Coles, Janice Hackney, Tabatha Williams, Cheryl Coles, Deborah Hauges, Donald Small & Karen Richardson

MEMBERS ABSENT:Lee Hollie, Renee Patterson, Preston Younger & Cheryl Green

MEETING COMMENCED:3:40 p.m.

TOPICS DISCUSSED:

• Minutes of previous meeting were read.

• Financial statement should be available for next meeting.
• Checking Account officially opened (8-31-00) at Yonkers Savings Bank. Bounced check fee is as follows:
  -- $15.00 - from Yonkers Savings
  -- $20.00 - from Collection Agency
  -- $10.00 - Reimbursement to WIG
  -- $15.00 - Late fee to WIG
  After 2 bounced checks by an individual - only cash, money order or bank check will be accepted for a period of 1 year.
• Diversification? Everyone expressed their own views of what they felt it meant. Ultimately, we agreed by a general consensus that WIG would diversify.
• Looking into the possibility of having a full service broker present at the 10/1/00 meeting.
• - The question of “what length of time the club should exist” was asked.
  5 years - 10 years? This is an issue that has to be further discussed.
• Fund Raising possibilities were discussed. We all agreed that it was a good idea. No specifics were mentioned.
• Donald took NAIC CD to test for group.
• - Next meeting, Sunday, October 1, 2000.
