1. Minutes of the February 24, 2002 meeting were read and accepted.

2. FINANCIALS: Questions were asked regarding the valuation statement and member status statement. Discussion took place.

3. NEW BUSINESS: An update on the 550 intermediate class will be forthComing from Greg and Deborah.

4. EDUCATION: The checklist for the presentation was distributed by Greg. ADC Telecommunications stock checklist was done in small groups.

5. BETTER INVESTING UPDATE: No information.

8. GE &JNJ proxy forms were discussed. The deadline to submit your position on the website voting section is due April 10, 2002.

9. Question --- keep Ameritrade or open with TD Waterhouse? We will buy a percentage of existing stocks and purchase new stocks as well.
