MINUTES OF INVESTMENT CLUB MEETING

MEETING COMMENCED: 4:20 PM

  1. Minutes of the September 9, 2002 meeting were read and accepted.

  2. A notary person was present. Forms with social security numbers need to be completed before being notarized. Copies are to be distributed and completed. Forms handed in and completed are Greg, Toni, Janice, Preston, Tabatha and Deborah.

  3. Financial Statement tabled for next meeting.

  4. Stock Update:

  6. Stock Contest – prices discussed and reviewed: Deborah in 1st place Renee or Gay – in 2nd Place. Make sure you know your ticker symbol and stock price of your choice for the contest. To obtain an annual report for a company you are interested in contact: www.prars.com. They will send you a copy of the most recent annual report if the company is registered with their service. If not, the registry will contact the company you have an interest in and that company will send their annual report directly to you.

  7. Homework: Boeing company discussed – not meeting NAIC guidelines but, a gut feeling about company history lingers in some members minds.
