| Heat oven. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups, or grease bottoms of muffin cups. Beat egg slightly in medium-sized bowl; stir in remaining ingredients, except blueberries, just until creamy. Fold blueberries into batter. Divide batter evenly among cups. |
