blueberry muffins
Quantity/Servings:    Makes 12 muffins.
Ingredients:
1  egg
2  cups Bisquick Original
1/3  cup sugar
2/3  cup milk
2  Tbsp vegetable oil
3/4  cup fresh or frozen (and thawed and drained) blueberries
Preparation:
Heat oven. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups, or grease bottoms of muffin cups.

Beat egg slightly in medium-sized bowl; stir in remaining ingredients, except blueberries, just until creamy. Fold blueberries into batter. Divide batter evenly among cups.
Bake: 400 degrees F        15 to 18 minutes or until golden
