orange sticky buns
Quantity/Servings:    Makes 16 mini or 6 med.-sized muffins
Ingredients:
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar - divided
2  Tbsp. orange juice
1  Tbsp. corn syrup
2  tsp. grated orange rind - divided in half
8  oz. can crescent roll dough
4  tsp. butter, melted
1/8  tsp. cinnamon
Preparation:
Preheat oven. Grease 16 mini-muffin tins or 6 medium-sized muffin tins.

Combine 1/4 cup sugar, orange juice, corn syrup, and 1 tsp. of grated orange rind. Mix well.
On each crescent roll piece, spread melted butter and cinnamon around. Roll into buns.
Place each bun into a muffin tin. Pour corn syrup mixture over each bun.
Sprinkle a little of the remaining orange rind over each bun.
Bake until muffins turn golden brown (around 8-10 minutes).
Bake: 375 degrees F          Around 8-10 minutes

Serve with breakfast.
