December 13 2000: From Mariken: Q&A from Iona:
Question: Any mention of Mulder in this ep?
Answer: Not that I've seen. But, I haven't seen all.
Question: You mentioned this is a Scully lite ep. Just as lite as 'Redrum?'
Answer: Actually, Scully has a strong presence.
Question: Do you feel ep 9 is a retread? If so, of what?
Answer: I wouldn't say so. I didn't feel that.
Question: What the heck is it about???
Answer: Two brothers...one sees through things...One brother is not too kind, you could say, and is the brains behind the duo. The other, the big kind one, is the one who sees. They use it for good...in an odd way...and for bad.
Question: What are they wearing???
Answer: OMG! I LOVE SCULLY'S CLOTHES! She sports her lovely long black jacket BUT she accents it with the richest red button up...GOD! I LOVE IT! (Red is my fave ;) She also wears this very nice green turtleneck. A lovely brownish suit makes an appearance....truffle is the color, I would say. Very nice. Chocolatey kinda. Lovely. AND! The other fave of mine...this long wool or felt gray jacket. Think black but gray. WONDERFUL! With a black turtleneck. Tres hot, folks. Doggett....um...er...a suit and tie???
Question: Any pregnancy issues in episode 9?
Answer: Not one mention thus far.
Question: Does Doggett follow Scully's lead more here?
Answer: No...she has her own thoughts.
Question: Does anything stand out for you in this ep?
Answer: Scully's clothes ;) No...they do but....The scene with Scully and the brother, Randall, in the interrogation room. A very poignant scene. The actor playing Randall and GA do a fine job. She is, by turn, tough, awed and tender. Lovely work. A fine scene.
Question: Who solves this case?
Answer: Drumroll please.......SCULLY!!!!
Question: Got anything funny?
Answer: Only in the behind the scenes ;) There's one part where RP and GA are supposed to be questioning the "brainy" brother (and I use that term loosely. Dwight, the other brother, is a dip ;)) And, GA flubs her line...just something minor...says a name wrong. Switches first and last name, I think. She always cracks me up, because she gets so tickled. And, she makes this attempt to stifle it....but she can't quite. So, she usually ruins the next take. And, then..."I'm sorry"....Scully!Face...and then nails it. She's cute to watch ;)
Question: So does Doggett seem at all rattled like... he does in 'Via Negativa' so that maybe the XF scare him so much so that they have to cart him off to the booby hatch just in time for Mulder to return?
Answer: No, seems okay.
"Iona wrap up: Look for the interrogation scene.... Scully and Randall. GA and the guest actor do a fine job. GA allows many emotions to cross her face. Nice work. One of my faves. And, one of the best parts is she allows herself to be awed by Randall's ability to see through things. She even says, 'Wow.' She is gentle, tender and coaxing with this gentle giant. Lovely. I liked what I saw. I liked the role Scully played. I loved her clothes. And, personally, I was SO digging her clothes ;) "
November 5 2000: From LtlXFStar:

October 16 2000: From Agent Spooky:
"Rumor has it that Scully finds out that her trusted obstetrician is in on a conspiracy. The casting breakdown states that Scully has been consulting him for the past year and that he was helping her to conceive."
