What your BMI indicates:
BMI | meaning |
---|---|
below 15 | dangerously underweight - consider seeing a doctor |
15 to 20 | underweight - consider eating more and/or taking appropriate exercise |
20 to 25 | healthy |
25 to 30 | overweight - consider eating less and/or taking appropriate exercise |
above 30 | obese - consider seeing a doctor |
