Web Page Design: History 02

The view I will be teaching the Beginning classes includes methods for incorporating markup into the HTML directly - this is the traditional role most web developers have used in designing pages in HTML 3.2 and earlier versions.

The Advanced class is consistent with the W3 Consortium. This view separates a document into two parts - one part states the amount of layout control that the author desires to impose on the rendering agent, while the other part contains the actual document data mostly devoid of layout control. This is called the style-sheet approach. However, this method is not yet well-implemented by most browsers.
