Web Page Design: Forms 02

Before examining forms in detail, this page shows an example of a form, and the type of output to expect from the forms program that is supplied for class use. This form may be used to send a problem description about software the user purchased. The user enters appropriate data, then sends the form. The form may be cleared if the user makes a mistake.

Try entering some data and then press the "Send Problem Report" button. The form will generate output which shows what information you entered.
