This appendix describes how to make a template file from the source material of this class. The demonstration will also show how to use the Notepad editor in Windows for those who need a review of its operation.
We'll start by choosing a file in this class. Open Notepad, and then select the File Open menu item. Navigate to a folder in the class files. The example below shows where I started - in chapter 3:
Note that there are no files displayed - that is because Notepad initially shows "Files of type: Text Documents" and we have only HTML files in that directory.
