  1. In May 1994, the first World Wide Web Conference was held in Geneva. Representatives from all over the world gathered to report on their progress using the Web and hear what others were doing. Web standards were discussed. Notably absent were members of the NCSA. Members of the NCSA team that developed Mosaic were presented awards at the convention, but no one was there to accept. Can you speculate some reasons for their not getting involved? (No answer provided)
