We will make your web site to your specifications.

There is to be NO unlawful or unwarranted copying of Web Dreamz creations, including, but

not limited to; web sites, banners, logos, custom graphics.

EXCEPTION: any designs or graphics made specifically for your business are yours to copy.

A linked banner claiming site creation will be placed on all sites created by Web Dreamz.

These banners are not to be removed or altered in any way.

A link to your site will be placed in Web Dreamz Gallery.

Clients elibible for payment plans must remit payments as stated in the contract they sign.

Failure to make any payments will result in site termination.

Late fees will be attached to accounts when payments are not received by due date.

A 20% down payment is required prior to any services rendered.

The remaining 80% is due upon completion unless a payment plan has been accepted.

Down payment is non-refundable.

As of this date payment options are personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders.

Please list your account number on all payments.

There is a $25 charge on all returned checks, and remaining payments must be made

in the form of cashiers checks or money orders.

You will receive a contract stating all services to be performed along with total cost of services.

You must sign and return this contract with down payment prior to any services being performed.

Your account will be closed if contract is not signed and returned with payment within 10 business days.

After 10 business days you must re-apply.
