Weber's Mix Gallery

The following are other
photos I took and activities I did in Southern California. Enjoy...
Trip to Catalina Island:
It is a beautiful island
located 22 miles away from the California coast. The island has fine beaches, tennis
courts, horseback riding, hiking, camping, diving, pier fishing...whatever you
want and so close to L.A. The environment is uniquely protected by
prohibiting most motorized vehicles. You can only bring or rent bikes or small gasoline powered
cars. If you want to know more you can search Catalina Island on the web
and get more information or send me an e-mail.
-Me,
Rachael, Matt and Danny made a trip to Catalina Island during the
semester. Avalon bay is the first place we reached by way of the
ferry. This island is extremely beautiful because nature is all
around. It is a wonderfully refreshing place to go for vacation. I highly recommend it.
- A
group picture at the wharf in Avalon. Look, the ocean is so blue.
- When
we got there we were starving. So, we found a little restaurant to get some
breakfast. I remember I was very hungry and I ordered steak & eggs,
pancakes, bacon, sausage... sorry but I eat a lot...
- Guys,
tell me do you think this photo looks like a commercial for a soap opera? Look at the way they posed and the way Danny smile... Ha ha...
- A
picture of me at the wharf. You can see Catalina Island Museum behind
me. It was supposed to be a casino.
- A
picture of me and beautiful baby Rachael.
- Group
picture again. Too bad the shadow blocked the sunlight.
-
Another view of Catalina island. Really pretty.
- The submarine we took for underwater
tour. There are lots of fish around the ocean of the island.
- Inside
the submarine. Look, they all want to catch some fish for dinner.
- A
view of the group inside the submarine. We hit a surfer when were cruising
around. I think he learned his lesson.
- Matt
is starving after the boat ride. So he crapped some 10 dollars worth of hotdogs from
a near tourist ribbing store. Unfortunately, Danny spent most of his money
already and the only thing he can do is look at the ocean and dream of the hot dog.
I feel bad for him.
