Tin Ha Story

The
whole story begin with a prophecy, and the following is the prophecy:
1.
2.
1. The first half of the prophecy
said, "The golden-scaled fish will not be trapped by a pond. Once it
meets up with Wind and Cloud it will transform into a dragon."
2. The second half of the
prophecy is actually a secret. It is a secret which plays out in the story. It is
a bit of foreshadowing.
The introduction of the story
begins with
a powerful dictator and dominator named Hung Ba, who is also the founder of the
Tin Ha Clan also known as the World Clan. During that period of time, Hung
Ba had dominated most of China, but he still worries about the future.
So, he sought the notorious Mud Buddha to prophesy his future. Then the
Mud Buddha draws him a line, "The golden-scaled fish will not be trapped by
a pond. Once it meets wind and cloud, it will transform into dragon."
The Mud Buddha uses the golden fish as a metaphor of Hung Ba's life right now.
He gains control of everything inside the pond (China). Then he continue to
explain once Hung Ba meet up with two elements (people) in his life - one named
"Wind" and the other named "Cloud" - it is the time for him to became the dragon (Ruler) and dominate the world. Yet
there is a drawback - the Mud Buddha only explains to him what is the first half
of his lifetime (the first prophecy). The second half remain as a secret.
Mud Buddha then told Hung Ba that it is still not the right time for the
prophecy to be fully revealed; he needs to go through the second half of this
prophecy ignorant of what will occur meaning he must accept his Fate!!!
There
are so many different characters in this comic but I think the main characters are the
above three. The one at the top named "Waun" (Cloud), bottom
left named "Fung" (Wind) and bottom right named "Mo Ming"
(No name). Let me give a brief explanation about this three characters:
Before I tell you about this character, I will teach
foreigners how to pronounce this word first. In Cantonese it is pronounced
"Fung", which rhymes with sung. It means Wind. He is one of the main characters in
this comic. "Fung" is a smart, humble, polite and
powerful character. He acts and fights like the wind, without color and without
shape. It is hard for people to catch him. He is also fast,
especially when he fights with his legs. He can kick his opponent a
thousand times from different directions in a split second. Fung was drafted
by Hung Ba while he was still a little kid because his name was mentioned in the
prophesy.
This word in Cantonese pronounce "Waun". It
means Cloud. He is another main character in this comic. "Waun"
is strong minded, aggressive, violent and talent. A good friend of
"Fung" and they call each other brothers (like those Fraternity
brothers... he he...). His childhood wasn't very happy because Hung
Ba killed his whole family. Due to this reason, he volunteered himself
into the Tin Ha Clan. Due to his ability and talent, he was praised by
Hung Ba and became one of the leader of the clan. This also make his move
toward his main goal... revenge for his family.
Mo Ming: When
translated the name Mo Ming means "no name" in Chinese. He discards
his true name because his childhood was so terrible and he figured he was
unlucky. Mo Ming is actually a Master
in Sword fighting and in Kung Fu. He fought against 10,000 Japanese
Samurai, Ninja and Warriors by himself a lot time ago and he beat all of
them and kicked the Japanese out of China. He is a hero. After all the
harsh battle and adversity he went through he decided to become a hermit. He
came to own a Chinese restaurant, but he still lived inside his own dream world...simple and ordinary. But the appearence of "Fung"
and "Waun" and the invention of the "Forever Good Sword"
forced him to step into the real world again. Later on he will have a lot of
conflict with Waun and at last he will become Waun's Teacher, Master, San Sai.
