Technicolor Bikini

I took this during an outdoor "Glamour" shoot. This was an area setup with some beach sand and a small palm tree. It was the closest we could get to a tropical look. I thought it wasn't too bad considering that we were 100 miles from the coast. The sun was to the right and slightly behind the model and we used a large, gold reflector for fill. I was really surprised by the intensity of the colors in her bikini since this was just ordinary Fuji HG 100 bought at Wal-Mart. This shot shows one of the faults of the HP PhotoSmart film scanner. Her hair was really thick and dark and the HP scanner just couldn't pull any detail out of the part of her hair in shadow. I'd love to rescan this on a better scanner.

Camera: Nikon N50 with 35-80 Nikon zoom.
Film: Fuji 100 print
Exposure: Unrecorded
